Artistic review: Your photo will be redrawn for embroidery.

Approvals: We will send you a digital proof via email. We offer unlimited revisions because we want you to be 100% happy before we stitch a single thread.

Precision embroidery: Once you approve the design, we begin the embroidery process. Please note: once artwork is approved, no further changes can be made.

Timeline & delivery

As each pet is digitised from scratch, please allow 3 weeks for your custom order to be delivered. This ensures your design is a perfect, high-quality depiction of your cherished pet.

Shipping: Shipping is £3.95 (applied at checkout, once address is added). All orders over £75 qualify for free shipping.

Fabric: 100% organic ringspun combed cotton (350 gsm) for a heavy, premium feel.

Details: Durable ribbing at the neck collar, sleeve cuffs, and bottom hem.

Care instructions: To keep your embroidery looking fresh, wash with similar colours at 30°C. Always wash and iron inside out.
