Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our embroidered garments are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been approved and created.

During our design process, you will be asked to review and officially sign off on your custom artwork. Once you give us the green light, production begins immediately. Because these items are uniquely yours and cannot be resold to anyone else, all sales are final after approval.

What happens if there is an issue with my garment?

While we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind, we absolutely stand by the quality of our work.

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, we will happily make it right:

Replacements at no charge: If there is a genuine flaw with the garment or the stitching, we will replace the item and ship it to you at no extra cost.

How to report an issue: Please contact us by emilaing hello@dream-weaver.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a clear photo of the fault so we can arrange your replacement immediately.

Please note that because each piece is a stitched artistic depiction rather than a printed photograph (as outlined in our How It Works guide), slight artistic variations are a natural part of the custom embroidery process and are not considered manufacturing faults.
